Merck Senior Change Management Consultant interview questions

Passed the HR interview. I initially thought it was okay, the recruiter went straight up to asking if I'm okay with a hybrid work set up, talked about the company benefits, my asking salary, the next steps in the hiring process. They said I'm thru to the next stage but the hiring manager was in some sort of vacation and I'll be contacted the following week for the date of the interview with the hiring manager. Like most recruiters, I followed up a couple of times about the schedule, never got a reply. Got ghosted again!
