Merck Scientist interview questions

I interviewed from December to February. The interview process was very long and generally took from between 2 to 3 weeks to determine if I made it to the next round or not.

Had a couple phone screens for various scientist positions. The recruiter always seemed very nice, and told me I would be moved onto the next interview, but this never occurred. The online portal where you can see your job application status still has my applications as “in process.” This is after submitting and talking to recruiters, and then being ghosted months later. So either the company isn’t actively hiring currently and they are waiting or their process for updating the online portal is subpar.
