Fast moving process initially, had multiple rounds of interviews within a week or so, then a week of waiting for decision. No explanation after multiple rounds and lots of connections made

Multiple interviews, phone , face to face with Two DM then RD. Long wait to hear back. Be patient, , easier said then done. Practice up on Star method of interviewing. Most interviews will be low key, but remember your being judged.
