- final interview with global business head
In general very disorganized interview process. stretched over two months. prob the worst I have experienced. After phone call I had an interview with the hiring manager. He basically told me that my background/ experience is perfect for this role and I would have a lot of room to grow within their company. He offered a lot of positive feedback after 1 hour interview. so I was like ok very likely I am going to get an offer! the following week I had peer interview with another director. He mentioned that hiring manager was not aware that he was going to interview me!!! after that I didnt hear back for three weeks. followed up with recruiter she said that were going make hiring decision very soon. days passed I got another interview request with their business head for specialty gas in south korea. after that interview I never ever heard back from them. recruiter didnt bother to send a short email. nothing. very disrespectful and inconsiderate.
