Merck KGaA Customer Service Representative interview questions

First, there was an interview with the recruiter from the Human Resources Department. This is done via phone and takes only around 30 minutes. Here the recruiter sees your level of English and if you would be a fit. Then, if the first interview is successful, you get invited to a second interview at the company, this time face to face. Here you will be interviewed by with the potential supervisors, normally 2 persons.

It was the standard process, basic questions as tell me about yourself, about the experience, an achievement, a difficult situation, strengthens and weakness, questions by the book. I have two different interviews and a phone screening.
