Merck KGaA Customer Service interview questions

I applied for a temporary job in customer service and order management, I was called for an interview after few days. The interview wasn't with HR but directly with project managers with whom I talked a lot in a quiet informal way. They asked me about my previous experience and about myself, my behavior in specific situation, my wishes and my fears. I didn't get the job but I really appreciated the company and the people I spoke with.
