Question 1
Questions regarding the research takes about 50-60% of the conversation. Many challenging but intersting scientific conversation. Rest of the questions are common soft-skill questions such as "Why Merck/Why this team/Why you? What is a challenging time you faced, etc."
First round was a call with a recruiter followed by a call with the hiring manager and few team members. The final interview was onsite with a seminar and one on one interviews.
