Merck IT Emerging Talent Rotational Program (ETR) interview questions

I was an intern prior to this entry level position, so I was able to interview at the end of my internship with an HR person and a mentor that was an advocate for me. Decision to hire happened nearly immediately but they hold off telling you for 1-2 months- not sure why. Also I was given an informal offer first, then a formal one another month later once salaries had been finalized. It was a drawn out process but I am very happy to have gotten the job!
