I got a 'surprise' phone call few days after my application online. During 20 minutes I had to describe : my motivation for the job, qualities required, and a typical day of a sales person.
Never had a feedback after this call.
Was organized and went through the process quickly. From application to job offer was under 30 days. There were two screening phone calls, one with the hiring manager and one with HR, and a panel interview.
Usual discussion based on random questions about your previous experience, asking about customer’s relationship management, achievements, responsibilities and your skills set. 3 rounds procedure including 2 online and 1 offline sessions. Easygoing people and friendly process
