We have an online meeting for 45 min to talk about my research experiences and details. I don't know the recruiting process actually, and I don't know my result yet.
A single panel interview. They open by introducing where they are in the company and then ask mostly behavioral questions. Give examples of past projects/challenges/etc. Big emphasis on good teamwork. I heard back via email about two weeks later.

Question 1
Why Merck? How would you fit in with the company culture/values?
It leans heavily towards the behavioral side of things, they will ask about relevant past experiences, various resume points, and other typical interview questions. Nothing too crazy or out of the ordinary
