It was one panel interview with 3 members of the department. Each got to ask their own individual questions about their area of expertise. I followed up by email after the interview and they let me know in about two weeks.

Easy panel interview that was basically entirely behavioral. Three interviewers, all of which had technical backgrounds, asked questions about how I worked on a team and why I wanted to work at merck.
