Merck Associate Director interview questions

Was contacted by a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist at Merck through LinkedIn. After setting up time for an initial phone interview she had to reschedule which I was more than willing to accommodate. After providing a new set of times for the next day I had to follow up several times to get a time commitment. Once a new interview time was set, I waited for the recruited to call as directed...nothing. I was ghosted. I reached out and followed up and have heard nothing for over a week. I have never seen this before from any organization especially one with Merck’s reputation.
