Mercer Senior Analyst interview questions

All the hiring managers were unprofessional and did not know what they were looking in the candidates. They asked questions regarding marriage schedule from the unmarried female candidates They were more concerned about CSU in my current company than the kind of work i did there. Bad experience .. Interview process suggested that there was a lot of micromanagement and no value for their employees

1st hr round with basic introduction of yourself and a brief summary of your resume. then an aptitude written test with some basic questions related to accounts and then final managerial round with some case studies related to Journal entries.
