Mercer Investment Consulting Analyst interview questions

Signed up through an on-campus interview and was granted an interview a week later. Had a first round interview and was contacted a week later for a second round interview at their office.

The phone interview was grueling. It was about 45min and consecutive "Tell me about a time" questions. You can expect the typical "Greatest strength and weakness" question. I go in for 2nd round interviews in a couple weeks and it is supposed to last the entire day where I will interview with several analysts and associates.
