Mercer Investment Analyst interview questions

Standard process with 3 interviews with investment consultants. They are all in various ranks with progressive difficulty. The total process took about 5 hours. Keep in mind this took place in 2011 and staffing for HR has changed.

Interview was relatively straight forward. Approx an hour long, Mainly questions based on C.V. qabout colllege course and previous work experience, interests etc and some about position including where you see yourself in the company in 20 years and things like that.
