Interview
I interviewed for a role as Senior Consultant with Darwin. The interview process was very efficient. The team kept me in the loop at each stage and followed up on everything very quickly. The best thing about the interview process was that everyone seemed very friendly and genuine, representing the Pink company culture really well. That just gave me reassurance that I am making the right choice :-)

Interview
After a lengthy two-month process involving four interview rounds, I ultimately was not selected for the role. While the interviews were engaging and seemed to go well, I received no clear feedback on the decision. It was disappointing to invest so much time and effort without gaining insights to help improve for future opportunities.

I had one conversational interview and was told by the interviewer that I would be contacted the next day to setup more interviews. Nothing every happened after that. They were very nice on the phone, but I think it is rude to not follow up when you have stated you will do so voluntarily.

Interview
Therer were 3 rounds- Case Study followed by 2 rounds of interview. The process took around 2 weeks. Case study was supposed to be done in 24 hrs. After that, subsequent interviews took place.
