The interview process was straightforward but fairly long between my first round interview and final round invitation, even though it was an automated Hirevue. I was invited to a final round in the office (2 hours for 3 half-hour interviews and a break) and then lunch with two employees and another candidate after. Interview questions were straightforward behaviorals, including one more specific Excel question. Everybody was friendly and the process was straightforward, but after the final round I didn't hear back about my status - no rejection letter or anything. It wasn't until over 6 months later (and the summer internship had passed) that I got a workday update out of the blue telling me the position was closed. Definitely would have appreciated more transparent decision communications instead of being left in the dark.
