I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mercer (Cardiff, Gales) in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied online and the next day I received an email requesting a phone screen interview. I replied to arrange a suitable time, but had no response. The next day between 8:30am - 9am I had 6 missed calls and no voice message left. I then checked my email and had a response from Mercer saying that they tried to contact me. I responded to their email giving a suitable time for them to contact me but as soon as I sent the email they phoned me. Although it wasn't scheduled for this time and it wasn't convenient I did take the call and did my best to answer Krizzia's questions. The next morning at 5ish in the morning they said they won't progress my application.
Another thing, the day after I applied I had 13 missed calls and no voice message left. I thought it was one of those phone scammers, but when I had the 6 missed calls the next day in the space of a half an hour and an email from Krizzia Ang I did connect the dots. I felt the way she approached me and interviewed me was very strange and unfair. I mean which interviewer harasses they candidates with call after a call after a call - it really wasn't a convenient time.
Very disappointed as I really thought it would be a good opportunity for me and I would be a great fit.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer

I was messaged by a Mercer recruiter on LinkedIn regarding an opportunity to which I replied I was very interested. Following a quick phone call I was instructed to apply for the role on the mercer workday website.
I was invited to a video interview a couple of days later, the video interview consisted of 7 questions with 20 seconds to prepare for the answers and up to 4 minutes to explain and provide an answer.
The final stage of the interview process was a 1 hour zoom interview with 2 managers, questions were more in the line of "describe a time where you had to ....."
I found out a day later of the outcome of the interview.
