I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
Phone interview, followed by a full day in-office interview where you meet with several people of different ages/levels. Overall not very technical interview, they are trying to get to know your personality mostly as well as your interest in the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When have you encountered a conflict and how did you deal with it. (No question was particularly difficult/unexpected).
Very poorly, was contacted via LinkedIn (I didn't initially applied). The interviewer missed the first scheduled call and only wrote back after 5 days. Second scheduled interview was fine. Promised to give me feedback about salary range and send me further recruitment tests. Never got any feedback, seems very unorganized
