I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Exeter, Inglaterra) in Sep 2019
Interview
After submitting the application online, a few weeks past and I received a phone call from a member of Mercer's recruitment team, together with an email for a phone screening. After a conversation with the recruiter, in which they provided me with more information about the role, we arranged an interview at Mercer's Exeter office. They were very accommodating and were able to reschedule the interview after I was unable to attend the previously suggested date. The questions asked were well suited to this role and staff provided useful further explanations when requested. I left the interview with a positive opinion of the company. After contacting me and informing me that they would like to consider me for another role, Mercer very kindly arranged another phone interview with another member of staff to further discuss the new position. I was very happy to accept the position and look forward to taking the next step in my career at Mercer.
