One phone screen and two in person interviews. The two MDs weren't on the same page with what the role would be or what their focus was for the next calendar year. The higher MD told me they didn't feel confident about the interviewees and would probably start the role as a 3 month contract instead, the recruiter knew nothing about this.
Overall, very disorganized, very vague, and didn't inspire confidence. They were mostly interested in references which makes me suspect they're trying to poach from my former firm.
