I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2018
Interview
I underwent a preemptive 30 minute interview with two employees I had met before from a case study I participated in, and this was followed up with a more extensive 3 hour interview process later on, where I was cycled through multiple 2 on 1 interviews with various members of the team. Though I was initially nervous for both interviews, all of the employees I interviewed with were friendly and open, making it much less stressful of an experience. In addition, none of the questions were particularly troubling (they didn't grill me), and though the process was long, I felt I became better at answering their questions as the day went on because it made me more used to talking about myself.
