      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Londres, Inglaterra)

      Interview

First round was great. Second round was awful and team were socially inept with no personality. Made to feel very uneducated in a sector I have worked in for 5 years. Very odd interviewers who still work in executive compensation and reward. Old culture do not really recommend for a millennial in consulting.

      Interview

Not a pleasant experience from the recruiter. Did not ask any relevant questions . Not sure how the below questions could determine the competitiveness of a candidate. Also there was no feedback provided

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Sídney) in May 2015

      Interview

The Interview process was quite fast. First round was an online when you supposed to record yourself on webcam via Hirevue and answer 5 simple questions. They got back in the following week and invited to an interview with potential manager and partner. After then 1on1 interview with senior manager followed by an assessment of analytical and report writing skills. Overall very positive and friendly experience.
