I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mercer (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Short case and behavioral interview (two 45 minute interviews) followed by a super day of five 45 minute interviews, including lunch and three case interviews. A mix of behavioral and informal discussions and technical case reviews.
I took my interview during the pandemic. I had 4 rounds of interviews virtually. The questions were straightforward and not difficult at all.The process has changed where it is now in-person.
