I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mercer (Woking, Inglaterra) in Mar 2017
Interview
Online test, video interview followed by assessment day at office location. This involved a writing exercise, team activity, short interview and a mock client meeting. The video interview was daunting but wasn't too difficult with a bit of prior knowledge. Assessment day was quite small with only a few candidates which was a better experience, this allowed easy communication with all the candidates and interviewers.
