I was interviewed through my school's career services. Interviewer mostly went through my resume and asked questions about what I've done in the past. Mostly typical first round interview questions, such as career aspirations, why you want to work at Mercer, etc. Not a lot of technical questions. Then, she let me ask questions about the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mercer in Oct 2012

Okay. Wow. during the interview he/she was trying to write down the mistakes u made during the interview.... i mean how can you concentrated? but the good thing is, there were no technical questions asked. generally speaking, the interviews were not that great.......
