I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
Phone interview + in person interview. Straightforward reasonable questions. Worst part was filling out a job application online in which you are asked to enter EVERY SINGLE JOB YOU HAVE EVER HAD and what you were paid for it. Becomes ridiculous trying to remember what you made during your irrelevant high school job in the last century.

Question 1

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
This was an online interview out of college. Very behavioral based questions. This consisted of video recordings with a limited number of takes allowed for each response. Nothing very technical was required
Simple 5 or 6 questions, half behavioural half industry related. 2 interviewers, both asked questions equally. Atmosphere was as expected, and somewhat friendly towards asking them questions, but I would say don’t ask more than 1.

Question 1
Name a time you worked in a group and dealt with conflict
First interview with team member talking about experience and projects on resume, then second interview with more senior team member diving deeper into project and resume experience. No case or technical questions
