I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
Resume drop via college online recruiting, and then was contacted about a week later for an on-campus interview. Very basic behavioral questions/questions about resume. Notified 1-1.5 weeks later for a final round interview and lunch at the office. They were extremely delayed in getting back about offers, and I had another offer deadline approaching so I had to drop my candidacy. Also never reimbursed me for travel, like they said they would. Very nice people though
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that we weren't able to act fast enough on our offer decisions. In regards to your travel reimbursement. Please contact your recruiter or email me directly at denise.nichols@mmc.com so that we can sort that out. Hope to see you again next year!
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I got the interview from a recruitment event at my school. I met the interviewer at the event and the whole process was smooth. Unfortunately, I didn't get an offer, but the interview itself was a worthwhile experience and the interviewer was very willing to help my career-building process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How does make you the best candidate out of hundreds of other candidates?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
Intense interview process. First you submit application, if chosen you then have a brief phone interview. If they like you then you are called in for a formal interview. In the formal interview there is a written test followed by a series of individuals interviewing you one-on-one back to back.
