I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mercer (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Interview process was very straight forward and transparent. Expectations about the role and the candidate they're looking for were consistently explained. A lot of communication between each interview. There was multiple rounds of interviews. It's typical to have at least two or three interviews.

Beware! They told me to book a hotel and travel and I booked at their recommended place and took the bus. The entire day totaled over 500$ and they STILL haven't reimbursed me. The interview was a year ago and they keep passing me around their silly beaucratic ladder trying to avoid paying. Worse, they took over 2 months to get back to me and I had to prod them to even respond. Stay away from Mercer.
