The interview was initially over the phone - a “screening” call which took about 15 minutes and was pretty straightforward questions like previous experience and do you know anyone at the company etc
The interview was two weeks later which they confirmed within 3 days of that screening call.
The interview lasted an hour and I was asked questions about how I would deal with customer complaints and to give examples of how I have worked well under pressure etc
It took 4 weeks to hear back by which time I had found another job.
