3 interviewers asking you similar questions. They mainly asked about my resume and then proceeded to ask behavioral questions. They also asked/tested my knowledge and understanding of the health industry and of Mercer's services.

I applied through my campus page where I was able to get a first video interview. They ask you general questions for the first screen and you get a second in-person interview at their offices.
