Mercer Consultant interview questions

I interviewed with 9 different individuals on 4 separate occasions, was even flown out for an interview, and was then told by the Recruiter in a copied/pasted email that I was not being considered. Terrible way to be treated.

It was a very easy going interview process, very clear, and thought out. Everyone was very helpful in engaging the candidate. The questions were behavior based, and really focused on your experience and how you can fit with the company's ideas.
