Mercer Associate Career Consultant interview questions

Phone interview, virtual case study, and a round of 3 interviews with leaders on the team. The case study is recorded and you are given time to read the case and come up with a "solution" to propose to the client. At the end you record yourself talking through the recommendations. Mostly to see how you think and how you can articulate your thoughts/justify your recommendation. No really right or wrong anwer.
