Mercer Analyst interview questions

Usually do a HireVue interview to start and then a video interview. Highly focused on behavioral questions. The interview was easy, but the job that was communicated online was not what it appeared to be, which came out as I asked questions about the position. Very poor communication from all of the many offices I interviewed at.

It was 4 rounds interviews, the hiring process was taking so long. However communication to candidate is up to date. I had interview with the offshore team with different time zone.
