Mercer Administrative Assistant interview questions

I was interviewed by the person in charge of the Admin Assistants. She gave me the basics of the company structure such as: payroll schedule, work hours, work load etc. She went on to explain that Mercer has a high standard of professionalism for all deliverables that leave the building. I was given a standard typing test and was asked to "format" a document according to Mercer standards. Overall the experience was not that stressful.
