Mercer Actuarial Analyst interview questions

Attended networking event in the fall and made connections with hiring managers. Received on-site interview invitation in December. Interviewed by 4 different consultants of varying experience levels. Mainly resume walkthrough with very little behavioral questions. A couple of questions to test knowledge of healthcare industry and some analytical questions. Received offer same day.

They reached out to me in November 2018, I had to do a HireVue interview with 7 questions. Then it was almost a full month before I heard back and they scheduled 4 30-minute in person interviews back to back, and those interviews were literally just 30 minute sessions of behavioral questions, then I had to wait 2-3 weeks for a reply. No answers to follow up emails either. The people were friendly though, just wish they were able to communicate better. None of the questions were shocking - why actuary, why mercer, clarifying things on resume. No technical questions.
