Mercer Actuarial Analyst interview questions

The process was smooth and seamless. First was a recorded interview then an interview over zoom. It was a very involved interview where they not only asked questions about yourself but taught you a lot about the position while involving other candidates. It was really cool.

Started with a virtual interview using HireVue where you're asked behavioral questions. Second round spoke to a senior manager first, then two associates, consisted of soft skill/technical questions. Received an offer a week later.
