Mercer Actuarial Analyst interview questions

1 hour interview going over basic pensions questions, industry questions, cv based questions, standard competency questions. Was very friendly interview and was never trying to catch you out. I found it like they wanted to know more about me as a person

I met the recruiters at an on campus career fair and traded contact info with one of them. A few weeks later I was contacted for a video interview. The video interview has questions that automatically queue up and you get an allotted amount of time to answer them. I was a little thrown off for the first question because this was a new style of interviewing for me, but I got into the swing of it by the second and subsequent questions. A couple weeks later I was contacted for an in-office interview. I live about 2 hours away from the office so I woke up the morning of and drove down. I was a little late but they were very understanding due to the nature of the drive. I was really impressed by the team and the building. The interview was pretty laidback and consisted of 4 different interviews. They just wanted to get to know me and see if I was a good fit or not. I ended up getting the offer and was very pleased with the experience so I rescinded my other offer(s) and accepted theirs.
