After a short phone interview I was invited for an on site interview. I was mainly asked questions about my CV, but there was no technical assessment. Two weeks later, I received an offer which was ridiculously low, something like 20% below what peer companies pay. When I phoned them back to negotiate the offer I learned that it was all fixed down to the penny (no exaggeration) and there was no slack whatsoever.
The skills and competencies you bring to the table are obviously not a part their equation, since they don't test for it.
As a plus though, they offer a company car programme, which is nice but according to their employee parking lot, none of the employees can afford it.
