However, there is no offer for the job, and the HR did not inform candidate who went for 2nd interview about the outcome.

Started off with 30-min test which includes the use of excel and some theory to test your accounting knowledge. The hiring manager will then just ask you based on your experience and all basic behavioral questions. Nothing to worry about.
