Interview
First interview with the project leader just to talk about the role and some general background/experience questions. Then a code challenge to do at home (you are not given any deadline to complete it). After that a third interview with one of the team members to go through the challenge solution. Then a 100% technical interview to check your knowledge, and finally a last interview with HR where you're extended the offer. It seems there's no formal process for the interview and may be different from team to team.

Houve uma conversa inicial com uma pessoa do RH com o objetivo de me conhecer e apresentar a empresa, posição e alguns benefícios.
Após isso, houve mais quatro entrevistas com líderes de diferentes áreas e conhecimentos. Todos fizeram muitas perguntas sobre minhas experiências passadas e também perguntas técnicas.

The interview process was large and a little bit complex with a challenge to be built in home, then a technical interview with an expert and another tech lead this interview was complex but it was a great experience the idea was how can we work as a team.
