Menards Stocker interview questions

I have never been Interviewed by Three People at the same time, they made me feel Comfortable, and the questions were not difficult and were easy to answer, it was a very calm and relaxed interview and was the first one in long time that i didn't feel overly nervous

Spoke to Manager at Store and was told to put in application. No real interview, just fill out the paperwork and attend orientation. The manager took my application then I was scheduled for the orientation process. While this is not typical for Menards, it was how I was hired there.
