Menards Manager Trainee interview questions

The process involved submitting an online application with a resume, an interview with an HR person to discuss the basics of the job, a brief questionnaire about previous employment history, a personality quiz, and a more in-depth meeting with a Dept. Manager to discuss the program. They also require drug testing.

Have to fill out an application at the store even if you fill one out online. Called for an interview and met with the General manager and HR coordinator. Asked me a few questions about previous history and goals. Was called a few days later and told if I passed a drug test I had a job.
