I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Menards (Princeton, IN)
Interview
The process is easy and they have a you describe your background and ask you some simple questions and briefly describe the MT process. I was working when I interviewed and I was verbally offered the position pending a drug test and education verification. I told them that I would need to give a two week notice but after I past the drug test I was already on the schedule. I don't like doing things like this even if it was a competitor. The was not mentions of Benefits other than they offered them. At my last position I was give a package that explained all of this before I was asked to accept the offer. They offer you a low wage to start and that you will get a good raise when you go to your next store after you complete the program... Not exactly true... They should be able to have all of this figured out and documented up front when they offer you the position.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Menards (Crest Hill, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
I got a phone call to come in for an interview. They said they were going to have me fill out an application while I was there, so to save time I filled it out online myself. The interview was casual. I met with the HR coordinator and she discussed the position with me. She didn't really ask any "interview" questions.
