Menards interview questions

I put in a general application online, and was called for an interview 3 days later. Upon my arrival I was asked to fill out a paper application with all the information from my online application (total redundancy). There was also a "are drugs okay?" survey. 40 minutes later I was greeted by the assistant general manager who gave a spiel about the Manager in Training program, however I wasn't really interested in this due to the relocation requirements. I simply wanted to interview for an entry level position, and move up the grass roots way. I think we had a mutual feeling that all this time was wasted. I really wish Menard's would list their current open positions or at least not assume that a college graduate wants to be in the MIT program.
