Menards interview questions

When you go to interveiw for a promotion or a differnt job with in the company, they already have who they will give the job to. They only do the interveiws as a farce.

I was part of a brand new store. They had a sign proclaiming 'now hiring' outside, you entered the building and filled out applications on the spot. You were interviewed by either HR or one of the assistant managers. Then if they like you enough, you move on and are interviewed by the General Manager. I was offered a position on the spot. Then you have to come back and submit a drug test. I'm not sure how it works when the store is already up and running.
