One on one. They had a lot of practical questions regarding skills, the best way we work, how comfortable we are helping customers, and so on. The person that interviewed me was nice and she seemed very knowledgeable

Interview went fine, typical questions but nothing tricky. Woman interviewing was nice and non intimidating, asked general questions about work ethic and personal values. Basically as long as you have reliable transportation and can pass a drug testyou’ll get the job.
