Menards Cashier interview questions

It was pretty simple, I went in and got an application at the contractors desk and filled it out. Talked to a manager, and then the wonderful HR coordinator (at the time of my hire, she left two months later) scheduled my interview for two days later, promptly hiring me within five minutes of my being there. I signed a few papers, got my drug test forms and returned them to her.

Very laid-back and you don't have to wear a suit (unless you're wanting a higher up position). They brought me in the back and we talked some and watched a couple training videos, while i filled out some worksheets. Before I could come back for training i had to go take a drug test at a testing facility. And then from there I was able to complete my training, which consisted of using the cash register properly and made sure you were able to look up items and locate them if needed.
