      Assistant Store Manager Interview

      Aug 21, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mejuri

      Interview

Communication from the store manager was thorough and personable but the corporate side left something to be desired. In the recruiter's interview the questions were pedantic, I was unceremoniously rushed out of the interview, and zero post interview communication was extended from them. In the current hiring landscape a simple yes or no follow-up email seems the bare minimum and shows courtesy if nothing else.
