The interview was over zoom, pretty basic questions, there are two interviews. You interview with the store manager and then the district manager. They place a huge emphasis on sustainability and culture. Starting pay is $21 which is pretty low for any position that pertains jewelry. If this is your first jewelry-related job I would say consider it, however if you have previous experience, they are low-balling you.
